1) What is your minimum order quantity?
A: There is 500pcs that not include folding the label and tag for the first order.
2) What information will I have to provide when ordering?
A: Please send us your artwork in file formats such as PDF.AI.EPS.PSD or CRD with pantone
color numbers, size, shape and Quantity etc.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready around 3-7 days. If you want to see physical samples, they can be
sent to you via courier express. It will take around 3 days for shipping sample. It is ok to use your
own courier express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) How long are your turnaround time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around
7-15 days to process bulk production. If you need goods urgently, we will try our best to make
them first and rush them out as soon as possible.
5) How about the packing?
We can pack as per your requirements .Usually mass product will be packed by poly bay or sleeve,
inner box and fit into carton.
